Hi there!
There’s only a few days until holiday break, and I know many of us are excited. (I am, at least!) But since most of us will be stuck at home or won’t be able to do our usual plans like traveling for the holidays, here’s three things that you can do over holiday break. And all of them involve—you guessed it—personal finance!
Actually the term “personal finance” may not be what you’re expecting. Let me rephrase that. All of these things include a dollar bill. Yep. A dollar bill. You heard that right, now let’s get on with the list.
THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH A DOLLAR BILL:
Did you know that some people believe there’s an owl hidden in the design of the dollar bill? Yep. Some people don’t believe it, though! (A little secret: I can’t find it myself!) You can try to find the hidden owl, though! And it’s a great activity to do with friends and family. So, give it a try!
BLEND IT. Uh huh. Stick the dollar bill in a blender and blend it! But why? Because if you blend it, then use a strong type of magnet, you can separate the iron from the ink. Sounds cool, right? Go try it out!
Exchange it for 100 pennies. Yes, this sounds weird, BUT...dropping 100 pennies everywhere is actually good luck! If you believe in luck, definitely do this!
And that’s it for the three things you can do with a dollar bill! I included a of link below because I used it as a source, and it gives you more things you can do with a dollar bill.
Bye everyone! (And see you next time)
